The Swiss maintenance society (SVI) was founded in 1973. In 1998 the name has been changed to MFS Maintenance and Facility Management Society of Switzerland.
The society understands itself as a platform to enable its members to exchange information, experience and know-how.
Our main business is organizing the examinations for our federal state approved diplomas in maintenance and facility management. Preparatory courses leading to the exams are offered by our school partners.
Our other services are issuing the quarterly MFS-News, maintaining the internet platform, organising regular workgroups covering different topics, offering consultancy, elaborating on national and international standards and many more activities.
